EU Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission discontinued its Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR platform) on 20 July 2025. A reference to this platform is therefore no longer possible.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
